Dr. Giora Yaron - Co-Chairman of the Board

Dr. Yaron has co-founded and served as chairman of P-cube and PentaCom, (both sold to Cisco), Comsys (landline business sold to Conexant, wireless sold to Texas Instruments), Qumranet (sold to RedHat) and as chairman of the board of Mercury Interactive (sold to HP for $4.9B).
Dr. Yaron currently serves on the board of Amdocs (DOX) and advisory board of Raphael and serves as the chairman of the board of Yissum (the technology transfer company of the Hebrew University) and on the board of governors and executive committee of the Hebrew University.
From 1992-1995 Dr. Yaron has served as President of Indigo NV (sold to HP). Prior to joining Indigo he served as corporate vice president of National Semiconductor and general manager of its Israeli operations with worldwide responsibility for its microprocessor business.
Dr. Yaron holds a Ph.D. in Device Physics from the Hebrew University, has published over twenty scientific papers and holds six patents.

Mr. Martin Gerstel - Co-Chairman of the Board

In addition to serving as Co-Chairman of Itamar Medical, Mr. Gerstel is chairman of Compugen (NASDAQ and TASE: CGEN), Evogene (TASE:EVGN), and Keddem Bioscience. Prior to relocating to Israel in 1994, Mr. Gerstel was the Co-Chairman and CEO of ALZA Corporation (sold to Johnson & Johnson).
Mr. Gerstel currently serves as a director of YEDA (the technology transfer company for the Weizmann Institute of Science), Yissum (the technology transfer company of the Hebrew University) and the Foundation for the US National Medals of Science and Technology. He is a member of the board of governors and the executive committee of the Weizmann Institute of Science and the board of governors of the Hebrew University, and is an advisor to the Burrill Life Science Funds and to the board of the Israel-U.S. BiNational Industrial Research and Development (“BIRD”) Foundation.
Mr. Gerstel is a graduate of Yale University and Stanford Graduate School of Business.


Mr. Garry Ellis - Director

Mr. Ellis has served Medtronic (NYSE: MDT) for almost 2 decades in various managerial positions, culminating in his current position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Medtronic, Mr. Ellis was a Senior Audit Manager for Price Waterhouse. He has worked with several large corporate organizations, as well as providing audit services to numerous non-profit organizations.
Mr. Ellis is a member of the TORO Company Board. He served as the Chairman of the American Heart Association Board in 2007-2008.
Mr. Ellis received his bachelor’s of science degree in Accounting in 1978 from the University of South Dakota. He is very active in community and volunteer activities.


Mr. Steven B. Ruchefsky, Esq. - Director

Steven B. Ruchefsky, is employed by Caremi Partners Ltd., a private investment company and significant shareholder of the company. Since September 2001, Mr. Ruchefsky has been working with the founder and current manager of a multi-billion dollar hedge fund.
Mr. Ruchefsky began his career at a prominent New York City law firm where he became a partner, member of management and chair of a specialized litigation group. Upon leaving his law firm and prior to his employment by Caremi Partners Ltd., Mr. Ruchefsky was a principal of an early stage venture capital operation.
Mr. Ruchefsky currently on the boards of several public and private companies: National Investment Managers Inc. (NIVM:OB); Evogene (TASE:EVGN); LantiBio, Inc.; and Canoil Inc.
Mr. Ruchefsky, is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School, Washington D.C.


Mrs. Miri Katz - External Director

Outside advisor to the Ophir Katz & co., Law Office , Chair person and a member of the board of directors of the Audit Committee of the Bank of Jerusalem Ltd.
Mrs. Miri Katz is a member of other boards of directors of the following companies: Tower Semiconductor Ltd., the Caesarea Fund and the Edmond de Rothschild Caesarea development Company Ltd


Professor Yair Orgler - External Director

Professor at the management Faculty of the Tel-Aviv University, Chairman Of The Professional Committee Of The Tel-Aviv-Jaffa Academic College, in charge of The Goldreigh Chair Of International Banking At He Tel-Aviv University , Chaiman of The Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd., President Of The International Union Of Option Exchanges , Member Of The Israeli-America Fund Bord Of Directors .
