We are looking for a capable Salesforce Administrator to maintain and advance our global Salesforce implementation. In your roll you’ll execute the business requirements in the Salesforce, perform testing and provide ongoing support.
Duties and responsibilities::
- Managing Salesforce
roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
- Analyze business
requirements and implement new Salesforce solutions and process
- Customizing page
layouts and assignments rules
processes, including error reports, changes to field history tables and
- Preparing reports
and dashboards for Sales and other departments
- Track and maintain
Salesforce integration to other systems
- Manage and maintain
processes validation rules and custom settings
Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- At least 3 years of
experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a global environment
experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems,
including system upgrades and user management.
- In-depth knowledge
of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Proven ability to
analyze business requirements, design and implement new processes, and
facilitate user adoption.
- Proven experience
customizing Salesforce, analyze business challenges and provide technical
solutions from design to execution.
- Ability to provide
Salesforce training and end-user support.
- Development abilities –
- Experience with
Lightning and knowledge of Community Customization-
- Service oriented with a
strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks, excellent interpersonal and
people engagement skills, proactive approach and being a team player.
- Excellent verbal
communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both
technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization and
fluent spoken and written English.
Bachelor Degree in computer science or other related area - advantage
