Job Description:
Coordinating the company sales’ forecast and managing the SO&P. Managing the company logistics strategy, and implementing the company procedures. Responsible for the daily sales’ administration, logistics and follow-up activities related to all export and import activities. Negotiating logistics’ prices, business terms and schedule to meet the company business needs. Overall responsibility for the sales representatives relations. Taking active part in New Product Introduction logistics aspects and various engineering activities. Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activities in the WW logistics business processes. Responsible for coordinating, incl. confirmation, all invoices of forwarding agents. Performing risk assessments on potential forwarding agents. Liaise between sales representatives and forwarding agents and relevant internal departments in the organization.
Duties and responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering or similar.Proven experience in managing Sales Admin. and logistics.Experience from manufacturing and design company in the medical device industry – advantage. Management and leadership skills.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Creativity.
