We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our excellent team and support the company’s global infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated, organized, and efficient person who is able to lead multiple tasks, set priorities and rise to the challenge in a fast-paced tech environment. As a member of our team you will install, deploy, upgrade, and maintain servers to support our existing and new infrastructure in the Data center & Cloud. You will be managing Virtualization, Storage & Network infrastructure and perform regular security monitoring to identify any potential threats and Vulnerabilities.
In addition, you will be an escalation function for our System Infrastructure team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for operating and maintaining the company’s Global IT infrastructure. (Physical and Virtual), including managing these systems policies.
  • Install, configure, deploy, and upgrade IT systems in accordance with the company’s plans.
  • Take part of project planning and design for new IT systems.
  • Provide Tier level 3 for troubleshooting complex IT Helpdesk problems.
  • Operate and administer cloud applications and environments.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, IP Telephony, and key processes.
  • Reviewing system and application logs, repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
  • System Administration Engineering and Provisioning.
  • Ensure that the culture, policies, structures, and reporting systems are in place to allow the Information Security team to achieve the highest standards of quality, legal and regulatory compliance and corporate governance in all areas and ensuring awareness across the Company
  • Applying Company’s IT operations by executing Cyber Security best practices, designing, and implementing security devices and mitigations.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services, as necessary.
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience from a medium-large company as a System Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 2012/2016/2019 servers.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux OS (major distributions) – an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience and excellent knowledge of servers’ hardware.
  • AD Infrastructure installation, management, design, troubleshoot and implementation (Include Forests / Sites / Replication /GPO) + Azure Ad.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere 5.x/6.x/ (7.x an advantage) installation, management, design, and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience and excellent knowledge managing, maintain, and improving Cloud environments: Azure, GPC, AWS.
  • A good practical knowledge of security technologies and wider business solutions including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Identity and access management, SIEM, remote working and cloud technologies, i.e.CASB solutions.
  • Strong knowledge in managing experience with central storage based on NAS and SAN.
  • Hands-on experience Office 365 and Exchange Online + Mail relay.
  • Strong knowledge of managing complex network infrastructure, configuring Routers and Switches. Experience with TCP/UDP, VLANs, WAN and ISP.
  • Hands-on Security experience with: AV/EDR, NAC, VPN, IPsec, FW polices management.
  • Experience managing both internal and external DNS and SSL.
  • High level English – Verbal & Writing

Required Qualifications:

  • MCSE / MCITP

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCNA
  • VCP
  • CCSA
  • Experience with enterprise storage SAN/NAS systems / EMCSA

Advantage:

  • Experience with MSSQL databases.
  • Programming or scripting skills (Power Shell / VBS)
