Itamar seeks a Marketing Communications & Tradeshow Manager supporting the North American business unit. The role requires marketing communications experience along with strong tradeshow/event/meeting planning, management, and execution skills as well as solid budgeting and lead tracking experience. This person must be comfortable leading meetings with business unit leaders, managing all logistics, and highly collaborative. Critical you have demonstrated aptitude for successfully handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Specific activities may include messaging, naming, advertising, customer events, collateral creation, content development, customer presentations and sales communications across both print and digital mediums and channels. This role will collaborate and engage internal expert resources as well as external firms to plan, execute and measure success towards the marketing objectives.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Marketing Communications

  • • Manage marketing communication activities that include: strategic year-over-year planning, product launches, integrated campaigns, trade show strategy and content, sales support and customer collateral
  • • Track ROI for marketing & sales key investment including marketing campaigns, product promotions
  • • Position yourself as a “thought partner” to the leaders of the product segments in order to create market differentiation and value creation
  • • Analyze market research to better understand our Customers’ needs and market segment trends, in order to better communicate our key messages
  • • Conduct field visits to get better acquainted with Customers and sales force
  • • Develop and drive strategic, creative, and coordinated marketing communications plans to achieve marketing goals and objectives for key initiatives, campaigns, and product launches
  • • Develop targeted content strategies according to relevant industry segments, personas, and buyer’s stages; demonstrate traditional and digital marketing channels to support business goals
  • • Drive a consistent approach to content planning, development, and distribution and share feedback to improve operational efficiency
  • • Lead and evaluate relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, and suppliers
  • • Ensure adherence to corporate branding and integrating corporate guidelines into MarComm programs.
  • • Work with our agencies to monitor website or social media pages and address clients’ queries

Marketing Materials Management

  • • Prepare all the printing materials including product catalogs, spreadsheets, surgical manuals, brochures, etc.
  • • Distribute all the marketing & product materials, including printing materials, media materials, gifts, display sets, etc.
  • • Manage the stock of marketing materials

Tradeshow & Professional Education Events

  • • Manage event budget, invoicing, schedules of payments.
  • • dentify, order, and ship trade show assets: giveaways, collateral, booth assets.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

At least 5 years of combined experience in Event Planning & Marketing Communications
