Position Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining processes and procedures for our US programs. We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated professional who is ready to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Distributing monthly operations dashboards
  • Develops processes, procedures, policies and standards.
  • Develop and monitor KPI’s to support efficiency and growth.
  • Maintain and improve company platforms (travel system, DocuSign and etc.)
  • Manage the company vehicle fleet
  • Manage the company cell phone program
  • Manage and maintain vendor files (agreements, quotes)
  • Manage and maintain the office building
  • Manages inventory levels and forecast and inventory counts
  • Search for new platform and software to increase operations efficiency including implementation
  • Develop shipping platform
  • Cost reduction
  • Ad-Hoc project managers
  • Conduct quarterly audits
  • Build infrastructure for WPD growth

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Advanced computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce a must.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a plus.
  • Experience in handheld medical technology preferred.
  • Awareness of industry technology, trends and applications.
  • Experience with External/Internal audit procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Highly organized person with exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Someone who is a quick learner with the ability to understand a wide range of issues and topics.
  • Able to effectively plan and delegate work.
  • Able to work independently but someone who is excited to be a part of a dynamic team.
  • Flexible to work late hours and weekends if needed. Willingness to travel (up to 5%).

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Five + Years proven experience as a Operations Manager.
