Mr. Ira Prigat serves as VP at Itamar Medical Ltd. and President of Itamar Medical Japan.
Prior to joining Itamar Mr. Prigat served as the CEO and President of Light Instruments Ltd. (commercially known as Syneron Dental Lasers) since 2010.
In 2013, Mr. Prigat was named a World Business Leader of the Year, by The Bizz. Previously, he co-founded and led KIMAX-International Ltd, a trade liaison firm located in Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Prigat also served as a member on the Board of Directors of the Israel-Japan Chamber of Commerce and Friendship Society from 2003 to 2012.
Mr. Prigat is an alumnus of JMEC Business Program and of the Graduate School of Sociology at Tokyo University, Japan, in addition to a BA in Social Science, Anthropology and Japanese Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is fluent in Hebrew, Japanese and English.
