Q: How can I download the app?

A: Scan the QR code on the WatchPAT ONE box or search for the WatchPAT app in App store/Google Play store todownload the WatchPAT app.

Q: How can I set up and start my test?

A: Seting up WatchPAT ONE is simple. Please watch the step-by-step video on the WatchPAT app by clicking the video

button , or go to www.itamar-medical.com/watchpatone-howtouse. When you’re ready to go to bed,

open the WatchPAT app and follow the on-screen instructions.

Q: What is the PIN code, and how do I get it?

A: The PIN code is a 4-digit code usually provided by your healthcare provider. In most cases, when you enter your mobile phone
number on the welcome screen of the app, you won’t be asked for a PIN. However, if you are asked to enter the PIN, please check
your text messages from your provider or ZOLL Itamar.
• If you still do not know your PIN code, first try the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number.
• If that does not work, remove the battery and contact your provider to obtain your PIN code.
• Do not proceed with setup until you have the correct PIN code.

Q: What should I do if the WatchPAT ONE is not detected/connected to
my phone?

A: Please check the following:
• Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and the device is close to your phone.
• Ensure no other Bluetooth devices in the room are connected.
• Confirm that the battery is inserted correctly.
If the issue continues, try these steps in order:
1. Remove the battery, restart the app, and follow the instructions.
2. Remove the battery, reinstall the app, and try again.
3. Use a different phone.

Q: Can I use WatchPAT ONE with my CPAP machine?

A: WatchPAT ONE can be used with a CPAP machine. However, please inform your healthcare provider, as using a CPAP
machine with a WatchPAT may impact your test results.

Q: How do I end the recording?

A: In the morning, press “Stop Recording” and wait until the device finishes transmiting the data. Once transmission is
complete, you will see a “Congratulations” message. At that point, press “Close App.”

Q: How do I know if my data was sent to my physician?

A: After you complete your sleep test and see the “Congratulations” message, your data has been securely transmited
to your physician. You can contact your physician’s office for your test results.

Q: How do I dispose of the device?

A: Ater completing your sleep test, simply dispose of the device according to your local waste regulations or visit
www.itamar-medical.com/greenprogram to create a free return label and ship the device back to ZOLL Itamar as part
of the WatchPAT Green disposal program.
