We are taking this opportunity to inform you of the decision of the company to issue an “End of Life” notice for the WatchPAT200 SN: 3xxxx Model
as of January 1, 2016.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to continue to provide field service and technical support to original equipment purchasers for five years, up to and until December 31, 2020, subject to our ability to maintain the requisite inventory throughout this period. In the event that we foresee a shorter discontinuance period, we will make every effort to notify you in advance.
