Job Description:

Engineering responsibility for products manufactured in the factory.

Transfer from development to production and implementation of new products from prototype stage to product stabilization.

Implementation of engineering changes, improvements in current products and manufacturing processes, and with new manufacturing technologies.

Identification of needs, planning and maintenance of production facilities and testing equipment, in the production plant and subcontractors.

Design and perform validation testing processes for new processes and new facilities in the production. Leading failure investigations and implementing corrective activities to improve product quality

Provide technical support for subcontractors and the production department and provide support and certification of suppliers and replacement parts.

Writing production work instructions and maintaining product files, specifications, drawings, and technical instructions.

Training and accompaniment of technicians on the production lines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electronics / mechanical engineering

At least 5 years of experience in engineering department in the assembly / production plant of multidisciplinary products.

Knowledge and experience in characterizing production faults (including electronic cards) and finding solutions.

Good understanding of the manufacturing requirements of mechanical and electronic assemblies.

Reading production drawings, work instructions and lab instruments.

Knowledge and experience in the standards and regulatory requirements of medical products and FDA standards.

Background in directives and regulations, of components and parts such as RoHS, REACH .

Independence, responsibility.

High service consciousness and good interpersonal skills

Ability to work in stressful conditions and in a multi-tasking environment

High-level reading, writing, and speaking English.
